Kudos to Karen!

So my "babysitter" Karen was offended that I called her my babysitter and I owe her an apology. Let me try and redeem myself a bit....not everyone knows who you are ...but now they will never forget. And in all fairness you ARE so much more than a babysitter and I'm so grateful for everything you do!
If you want to see my cute, dear, friend Karen, who ALSO watches my daughter during the day go to my contacts and click on Karen and Alex Hill to see their cute family and Madisons "Other family"

What the heck?!?!?!

OK so remember that picture I posted of Spring a few posts ago. If not scroll down to see what my fun life is like AGAIN! Yes for the last 2 days it has been snowing constantly and often times it's been white out conditions. We have about a foot of snow, the winds have been gusting to around 40 mph and the temperature has not been above 20 with a windchill of -20. Last night as we were driving home from dinner in white out conditions I'm pretty sure I saw a few snow plows out plowing the road. The crappy thing....we are supposed to get another foot or more over the next few days! Yes it looks like I'm going to have to shovel the walks again. I'd wait for it to melt, but up here if you don't shovel your walks within 48 hours of a storm you can get a huge ticket. I will be soooooo ready for Mexico!

1st day of Gymnastics

Well we took 2 sessions of mom and tot gymnastics off and now Madison is big enough to be in a class by herself (thank heavens...my old body can't take it). She did so good and was much better than the other kids. I'm not just saying that because I'm her mother-I think the previous sessions helped. She was so excited and can't wait to go back again.

Spring?!?!?!?

It's hard to believe that this is what we woke up to when just yesterday Madison was sitting in this chair and it was 50 degrees. Oh the joys of living in Edmonton!
